Fuyu County's Green Food Industry in the Ascendant

 In recent years, Fuyu County's green food industry has been in the ascendant, preliminarily forming a green (organic) food industry pattern dominated by dairy product processing and liquor brewing, featuring the coordinated development of "Liquor, Milk, Grain, Meat and Rice", with the total number of green (organic) logos reaching up to 46, the sales volume and sales revenue of green organic foods on the increase day after day, becoming a leading industry in terms of the whole county's economic growth, fiscal tax increase, and farmers' income increase.
Fuyu County has constructed a green (organic) food industrial park with a total planned area of 15 square kilometers and has been successfully promoted as Heilongjiang Fuyu Economic and Technological Development Zone, providing an important platform for the development of the green (organic) food industry.
Fuyu County also attaches great importance to investment in science and technology to ensure the high grade of processing enterprises. Fuyu County Bright Dairy and Food Co., Ltd., involving a total investment amount of 100 million Yuan, has brought in 6 intelligent robots to conduct intelligent transformation of Momchilovtsi Yogurt Packing Production Line. It has also built and rebuilt its small and medium-sized pastures, and established “Yuonong Tongchuang Dairy United Cooperative”, developing a new path of “high-end liquid milk + large-scale enterprise pastures+ small and medium-sized pastures + socialized service system”, guaranteeing the whole-process green product quality from the source and finished products. At the same time, the company has invested 125 million Yuan to implement the technical transformation and capacity expansion of Fuyu Laojiao Liquor Co., Ltd., with 20,000m2 plant buildings constructed and 12 new high-end liquor production lines added, successfully creating a new mode of " Ecological Brewing in Heilongjiang Province ", fostering a green raw material production base for special varieties of high-altitude sorghum liquor unique to the north, innovating a research and development mode of “bioengineering technology + green raw material base + ecological model products”, improving the “green, ecological, healthy and safe” food-based brewing system.
In adjusting the green (organic) planting industry, in strict accordance with the green organic production standard, Fuyu County has expended its green organic food raw material base, with its area reaching up to 300,000 mu. Fuyu County is dedicated to doing a good job in green (organic) product application and certification, strengthening the management of the original "Internet + Agriculture" high standard demonstration model base and has established 20 additional agricultural Internet of Things systems to realize the traceability of the whole process from planting production to being served to table. Fuyu County has improved its gricultural product quality supervision system, and included the whole county's 6 "Three Products One Standard" enterprises into the provincial traceability platform for the safety and quality of agricultural products. Meanwhile, Fuyu County has always been committed to creating its own green agricultural product brands. In recent years, Fuyu County has emphatically launched such green organic brands like "Zhonghou Potato" and "Tahaxi Sweet Melons" while making "Lvfeng Flour Industry", "Tianjianquan Rice", "Manxiangyuan Sauerkraut" and "Changyuan Red Pepper", achieving remarkable results.
