Successful Closure of Sino-Russia Intercity Hockey League 1st Stop



The 1st stop of Qiqihar China 2018 Sino-Russia Intercity Hockey League was successfully closed in the afternoon of March 27th after 10 intense games in 5 days. The Qiqihar Youth lost to the Chita Manul by one point through a time-out in the finals and got the second place.
In the first round ends by 0:0 where the teams were close without giving each other opportunity; the Chita Manul was aggressive in the second round and made 2 goals. The round ended by 2:1; the Qiqihar Youth took advantage of the opponent’s weakness in the third round and tied the game. In the time-out, the Chita Manul scored quickly, beat the Qiqihar Youth and received the championship title.
It is reported that the three Russian teams in the Intercity League are among the top ranks. The Qiqihar Youth performed well with courage and perseverance from the group stage to the finals. Coach Liu Wen said after the game that the Qiqihar Youth gained experience and progressed through the game. Meanwhile, the Russian teams were all pleasant with the sponsor. “The Intercity League is extraordinarily meaningful and helps us grow,” said Maxim from Team Nakhodka of Primorsky Krai of Russian Federation.
